 All you need to do is to go to our Loan Application page, fill it out and then submit that along with the items listed on the Additional Loan Documents Page and we will begin the loan process.  We will keep you informed every step of the way as to the progress of your loan.

As of today, the underwriting at our lenders is taking approximately 2 weeks.  This is why we are recommending that you submit your package as early as possible, so that we can schedule the appraisal and be able to submit a complete package.  This will allow us to obtain the best rate possible for our clients.
